Services for international business

What would you like to work on?

Choose the situation closest to yours. We will help define the services and next steps.

01 / Start with your situation

Five starting points for a service discussion.

These suggested combinations show how work can connect. Choose only the stages you need. Consultation confirms each service, its order, responsibilities and quotation.

Choose a business scenario

Keep buying and cargo decisions connected.

Move from a buying brief to receiving and packing records, then an approved shipment. Each movement depends on readiness and confirmed receiving or carrier arrangements.

Suggested stages

  1. 01
    Sourcing & procurement

Compare supplier proposals and coordinate approved purchase milestones.

    Handover to the next owner

Approved specifications, supplier confirmations and cargo readiness go to the consolidation owner to confirm the receiving plan.

  2. 02
    Cargo consolidation

Reconcile arrivals and coordinate agreed packing and release checks.

    Handover to the next owner

Receiving records, confirmed packing details and open issues go to the shipping owner for cargo acceptance and booking review.

  3. 03
    Shipping & transport

Compare available transport and coordinate an approved booking.

    Handover to the next owner

Dispatch references, available status records and exceptions go to your operations owner for delivery follow-up and closure.

Add only when needed

  • Compliance operations

Add a document checkpoint before buying or dispatch where product or market evidence needs an assigned review. Appointed advisers confirm specialist conclusions.

What to prepare

  • Specifications, quantities, supplier context and buying approval owner.
  • Expected arrival windows, packing needs and estimated cargo dimensions or weight.
  • Origin and destination regions, target timing and available document summary.

Purchases, inspections, repacking and bookings require approval and agreed cost responsibility. Provider availability and acceptance must be confirmed. Quality, savings, clearance and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Consulting deliverables

What your plan can include

These examples show the written outputs that can form part of an agreed paid consulting project.

Illustrative scenario

A clearer process for delayed-delivery enquiries.

An online brand wants its support and logistics teams to know what to check, who follows up and who decides the next action.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic brief

    Issue, evidence and open questions

    Example entry

Check whether delayed deliveries have an agreed point for carrier follow-up. Review the latest scan and identify any missing evidence before proposing a change.

  2. 02

    Options comparison

    Approaches, inputs and dependencies

    Example entry

Compare adding an escalation step with the current carrier and reviewing an alternative. Set out the required inputs, owner, tracking availability and quoted costs.

  3. 03

    Responsibility checklist

    Tasks, owners and approval points

    Example entry

Proposed handover: support collects the order and tracking evidence; logistics requests a carrier update; the merchant approves any refund or replacement.

  4. 04

    Prioritized action plan

First step, owner and review point

    Example entry

Proposed first step: trial the agreed handover in one market, assign an owner and review open cases before extending the process.

02 / The service directory

12 services, grouped by the work ahead.

Open a service page for suitable customers, concrete deliverables and the process. Each service can be scoped individually; related services require explicit agreement.

Reach & customer follow-up

Help buyers discover your offer, review campaigns and follow up with an eligible audience.

Buy & move goods

Carry purchasing decisions into cargo preparation and an approved transport plan.

Resolve after-sales cases

Organise evidence and route each case to the owner of the applicable policy or terms.

Manage records & recovery

Add document checkpoints and goods recovery decisions where the work calls for them.

FROM ORDER TO RESOLUTION

What happens when a parcel journey gets complicated?

Follow three cross-border order scenarios through tracking, customer updates and aftercare. Each shows the problem, the proposed response and the evidence needed to close the next step.

Illustrative workflow scenarios, not completed customer projects. Connections and operating responsibilities are agreed for each implementation.

A tracking gap after the international handoff

The situation

A parcel has an origin scan, but the destination timeline has no new event. Support needs to explain what is known without inventing an arrival date.

View the response and acceptance checks

Proposed response

  1. Operations checks the original event time, time zone and partner handoff record. A local reference is linked only after the partner confirms that it identifies the same parcel.
  2. An owner requests the missing handoff evidence and sets the next review with the relevant partner. The customer update states the last confirmed event, the open question and the next check.
  3. Tracking and notification views are compared against the same parcel record. Analytics keeps the unresolved journey open instead of counting it as a completed delivery.

Acceptance checkpoint

The reference mapping and latest confirmed event agree across views. If acceptance by the next partner remains unconfirmed, keep that step open; a new number alone cannot close it.

Bring to the discussion

An anonymized event timeline, any reference mapping, the shipping lane and the team responsible for partner enquiries.

One parcel delivered, the rest of the order still open

The situation

An order is split into two parcels. One is delivered while the other remains in transit. A single “delivered” message could leave the customer expecting the whole order.

View the response and acceptance checks

Proposed response

  1. Keep a separate identifier, item allocation and timeline for each parcel under the order. Do not copy the first parcel’s delivery event onto the second.
  2. Tie each update to the relevant parcel and explain which items are still on the way. Review duplicate and out-of-order events before sending a new message.
  3. Check the tracking page, notification and support view together. In reporting, distinguish delivered parcels from fully delivered orders and retain the open parcel in the exception queue.

Acceptance checkpoint

The order stays partially delivered until every required parcel has confirmed delivery or an explicitly agreed alternative resolution. One delivery scan does not close the whole order.

Bring to the discussion

A redacted split-order record, the item-to-parcel mapping, delivery events and the customer message you want to review.

A return arrives, but the refund is still undecided

The situation

The carrier marks a return delivered. The warehouse has not yet matched and inspected the goods, so support cannot confirm a refund or saleable stock.

View the response and acceptance checks

Proposed response

  1. Link the return authorization, parcel and order. Separate carrier delivery from warehouse receipt, then assign the inspection to the responsible team.
  2. Record quantity, condition and supporting photos where appropriate. The merchant reviews the return against the applicable policy and records the approved resolution.
  3. Tell the customer whether the return is received, under inspection or awaiting a decision. Update refund and inventory status only when the corresponding action is confirmed.

Acceptance checkpoint

Receipt, inspection, refund approval and payment remain separate milestones. A refund is complete only when payment is confirmed; resale requires its own condition decision.

Bring to the discussion

Your return policy, a redacted return record, inspection criteria and the person who approves refunds or inventory disposition.

03 / Work that carries forward

Give the next team a usable handover.

A shared record connects the agreed work. Each transition identifies evidence, unresolved questions and the person who decides whether the next step can begin.

  1. 01

    Agree scope & decision owners

Confirm the task, inputs, output, review criteria and approver for each selected service. Identify provider and specialist dependencies before work begins.

  2. 02

    Pass approved records forward

Give the next owner the agreed brief, evidence sources, approvals and open issues. Share only the information needed through agreed channels; marketing permissions require their own review.

  3. 03

    Review before the next release

The next owner checks readiness and acceptance. Record approval, changes or a hold before a launch, purchase, booking, repair or disposition proceeds.

Questions about choosing services

Can we choose one service instead of a combination?

Yes. Each of the 12 services can have its own scope and quotation. The combinations are discussion starting points. We confirm only the stages you choose and identify any outside dependencies.

What if we do not know where to start?

Share your current goal, bottleneck and available records. We can identify the first review and useful handover. A general summary is enough initially; sensitive documents and personal records wait for an agreed review.

How are combined services priced?

Consultation produces a written scope and quotation for the selected work. Service fees and applicable external costs are listed separately. We record inclusions, exclusions, payment responsibilities and any quote validity before approval.

Can the service scope change as the work progresses?

Yes. We review new evidence or requirements with you and agree changes to tasks, costs and approvals before added work. A handover does not automatically authorise another service or activate warranty or protection coverage.

Tell us where your team needs support.

Share your goal, products or service, target markets and current bottleneck. A short summary is enough to begin. We will identify the useful stages and prepare a scoped quotation.
