B2B / International search advertising

SEM for buyers searching in your next market.

Connect relevant searches to a clear product or service offer. We plan search campaigns, prepare ads and check the enquiry journey before an approved test begins.

Scope and fees are confirmed through consultation. Media spend is listed separately and requires your approval.

01 / Who it is for

For offers buyers can actively search for.

01

Manufacturers & OEM suppliers

Reach buyers looking for a defined product, application or production capability, with clear specifications and enquiry requirements.

02

Specialist B2B service firms

Present a defined service to buyers searching for relevant expertise, project support or a supplier in their target market.

03

Exporters & established brands

Test demand for a specific product range or overseas market when the offer, landing page and sales follow-up are ready.

02 / Concrete deliverables

Review the campaign work before spending on traffic.

Your proposal specifies the markets, languages, campaign coverage, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Account changes and implementation require authorised access and an agreed scope.

01

Search intent & campaign plan

Map buyer searches to your offer. Group relevant keywords and identify negative keywords that can help exclude unsuitable intent.

Reviewable output
A market and offer brief, keyword and negative keyword lists, proposed ad groups and a test plan with a budget proposal.
How we review it
Confirm the markets, buyer intent, exclusions and budget limits before campaign preparation.
02

Ad groups & advertising copy

Prepare a campaign structure and ad drafts aligned with each offer, language and landing page. Use product facts and claims your team can support.

Reviewable output
An ad group map, ad copy for review and a destination URL list; account configuration where included.
How we review it
Your team approves the language, claims and destinations. We check the agreed configuration against the approved plan.
03

Landing page & enquiry recommendations

Review the path from the ad to the page and enquiry. Identify gaps in product information, credibility, form fields and the next step.

Reviewable output
A prioritised page review with suggested copy, layout or form changes; agreed implementation where included.
How we review it
Check the approved page and enquiry path against the agreed changes. Website development requires the access and scope in the proposal.
04

Conversion definition & verification

Agree which actions count as conversions and how sales will assess enquiry quality. Check the agreed tracking setup with test events where access permits.

Reviewable output
An event and measurement plan, implementation instructions or agreed configuration, and a record of test results and data gaps.
How we review it
Verify event behaviour and available source data. Your team confirms the qualified enquiry criteria and follows up sales outcomes.
05

Controlled test & performance review

Run the approved test where management is included. Review spend, search terms, conversion data and enquiry feedback to propose practical changes.

Reviewable output
A launch checklist, change log and source-labelled report with spend, findings and recommended next actions.
How we review it
Reconcile the report with accessible account data and sales feedback. Further spend, budget changes and scaling require your approval.

05 / What to prepare

Bring the offer, budget and sales context.

  • Your website, priority markets and languages, and the products or services to promote.
  • Product margins or commercial constraints, target buyers and your definition of a qualified enquiry.
  • Available advertising and analytics access, approved materials and evidence for business claims, plus your website contact.
  • The proposed media budget, the person approving spend and the team responsible for sales follow-up.
06 / Common questions

Common questions

Are media spend and service fees the same charge?

They are separate. Service fees cover the agreed planning, implementation or management work. Media spend pays for advertising through the relevant platform. The proposal identifies each cost, who pays it and the spending controls; your approval is required before spend begins or increases.

Can we start without an ad account or conversion history?

Yes. We can begin with your offer, search intent, landing page and measurement plan. We agree account ownership, access and any setup responsibilities before implementation. A paid test starts only when the agreed account, checks and approvals are in place; early data gaps are recorded.

What results should we expect and how is the work accepted?

We agree the deliverables and review criteria in writing. Acceptance checks the approved campaign work, measurement checks and reporting against that scope. Performance is assessed using available account data and sales feedback, with costs and data limits stated. We do not promise a fixed number of leads, ad position or return on spend.
