NIU support & feedback

NIU: KQi, BQi and electric vehicle after-sales. Find official help and share feedback with JetonTrack.

JetonTrack is an independent communication service. This guide does not imply a partnership or official representation. Refunds, repairs and other outcomes are decided by the relevant company.

Who can help with what?

NIU distinguishes electric mopeds and motorcycles from KQi scooters and BQi e-bikes. Choose your product and market; the reviewed aftersales page routes US scooter/e-bike service by state, while other markets and vehicles may use dealers or another regional service.

Common after-sales questions

Practical starting points based on official service information. Confirm the current policy in your order or local support page.

Should a KQi or BQi request go to the same service as an NQi?

Give NIU the full product name before choosing a service partner. KQi/BQi micromobility and NQi-class vehicles are different categories; confirm the partner’s product coverage and your purchase region before booking.

What should I check before visiting a NIU dealer?

Ask whether the dealer handles your specific scooter, e-bike or moped, and whether an appointment is needed. Send model, serial number and symptoms first; a store listing alone does not confirm repair authorization.

The battery or charger seems abnormal. What should I prepare?

Stop using or charging a damaged, swollen or overheating battery. Give support the exact vehicle and charger models, symptoms and purchase proof, and request safe service instructions without opening the battery pack.

What should I confirm before sending the vehicle for service?

Ask the original seller or regional support to confirm coverage, service location, transport requirements and any proposed costs. Do not dispatch a vehicle or battery until you have approved instructions for that specific case.
