4PX support & feedback

4PX: cross-border tracking and shipment enquiries. Find official help and share feedback with JetonTrack.

JetonTrack is an independent communication service. This guide does not imply a partnership or official representation. Refunds, repairs and other outcomes are decided by the relevant company.

Who can help with what?

4PX is a logistics provider, rather than the shop identified by a shopping receipt. Its public tracking and website rely on dynamic content; match the actual waybill to the order before requesting an investigation. The seller or platform handles the purchase remedy. Confirm with the carrier whether a shipment claim needs the sender or account holder.

Common after-sales questions

Practical starting points based on official service information. Confirm the current policy in your order or local support page.

A 4PX reference exists, but I cannot tell whether the parcel was handed over. What helps?

Ask the seller to distinguish creating the shipping data from handing over the physical parcel. Save the exact 4PX event and date and request the acceptance or handover evidence relevant to that order.

My 4PX parcel has another reference for local delivery. Which number should I use?

Keep both numbers and ask the seller or 4PX to confirm the destination carrier. Use its own reference only after that match is clear; an unfamiliar tracking number does not establish the identity of a local carrier.

The tracking says delivered, but the parcel is missing. What next?

Check the address, delivery location and possible recipient. Ask the named carrier to verify the event and delivery evidence, and inform the original seller so it can coordinate the shipment investigation and order remedy.

Who can request compensation or refund my purchase?

Ask the carrier whether the sender or account holder must lodge a transport claim and what evidence is needed. Request the purchase refund or replacement through the seller or platform; these are separate decisions.
